Help with your card
When reporting a problem, please include:
- Your browser and device, such as Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- For download problems, the selected photo layout and PNG size.
Please describe the problem without sending private photos or other sensitive information. We do not receive your editor draft through the website, so we cannot view or recover it.
Privacy and content questions
Use the same email address for privacy inquiries or requests about a message you have sent us. If your concern relates to material on the website, include the page URL and explain the issue.
Photos selected in the editor stay in your browser; emailing an attachment is a separate action that sends that attachment through your email provider. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Before you leave the editor
Download the PNG you want to keep before leaving. Your current photo, text, and settings are not saved as an online draft. Reloading the editor starts a new draft.
