Using LevelKeeps

LevelKeeps lets you personalize achievement cards and download them as PNG images. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The current tool is free and does not require an account or payment. XP and rarity are creative details on your card; they have no monetary value and are not an account balance, public ranking, or reward program.

Your photos and content

You keep any rights you have in the photos and text you use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use them, including permission from other people where required.

You may create, download, and share cards provided you have the rights needed for their contents and use. Using the editor does not give you ownership of the LevelKeeps brand, website design, or third-party material.

Do not use the tool to infringe copyright or privacy, deceptively impersonate someone, or create or distribute unlawful content. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or misuse its infrastructure.

Local editing and keeping your card

The editor processes photos and card content in your browser. It does not provide online storage, an album, or saved accounts. Reloading the page starts a new draft; do not rely on the website to keep your changes after you leave.

Download your PNG before leaving, and keep your own copies of photos and finished cards. We cannot recover a draft that was only held in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for how local editing differs from hosting, performance statistics, and email correspondence.

Examples and external websites

Built-in achievement ideas and images demonstrate the tool. They are not claims about real customers, verified accomplishments, or results you will achieve. Sample photographs and the room artwork are generated illustrations.

External websites linked from LevelKeeps have their own terms and policies. We do not control their content or services.

Availability and limitations

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free downloads, or identical results on every browser and device.

Features may change or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
