Photos and card content

The editor reads the photo you select on your device and processes its pixels locally in your browser. Cropping, positioning, text edits, badges, rarity, and PNG generation also take place in the browser. The card maker does not send your selected photo, card title, description, or other card edits to a server.

We do not receive or store these editor photos or drafts in an online database. The built-in sample images are website assets downloaded to your browser; choosing a sample does not upload your own photo.

Drafts, downloads, and browser storage

Your active photo and settings are held in the page’s memory. The editor does not save drafts in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. Reloading the page starts a new draft. There is no account, online album, or draft recovery service; do not rely on the website to keep changes after you leave.

When you choose Download PNG, your browser creates the image locally and saves it according to your browser and device settings. LevelKeeps does not receive a copy of that download. You control files saved on your device and any copies you choose to share.

Your browser may cache website resources such as fonts, scripts, and built-in images as part of normal browsing. That cache is separate from a saved achievement draft. Browser history and session-restoration behavior are controlled by your browser.

Cloudflare hosting and network requests

LevelKeeps is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare handles requests for the website and its assets. This involves technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, and browser information, to deliver and protect the service.

This infrastructure processing is separate from the local editor: the card maker does not include your selected photo or card text in these requests. Cloudflare’s processing and retention are described in its Privacy Policy; this page does not promise that infrastructure request logs are never created or immediately deleted.

Cloudflare performance statistics

The public website uses Cloudflare Real User Monitoring, which sends website performance information to Cloudflare. This can include page-load timings, page and referrer information, and technical performance measurements. It helps us understand how the website loads and performs.

Cloudflare describes its RUM service as not using cookies or browser storage to collect these metrics. These measurements are not the photo or text you enter in the card maker. Read Cloudflare’s RUM documentation for details.

Email you choose to send

If you email azhddx@gmail.com, the recipient receives your email address, message, and any attachments you send. This is separate from using the card editor. Our contact mailbox uses Gmail, and email is processed by the providers involved in sending and receiving your message.

We use that correspondence to respond to your inquiry and handle related support or privacy requests. Messages remain in the email system until deleted; retention depends on the inquiry and any applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence you have sent.

Please avoid sending private photos or sensitive information when a written description of a problem will do.

Advertising and other services

We include Google’s AdSense script to connect this website to AdSense and verify site ownership. Loading this script sends technical requests to Google, even when no ad is shown. Whether ads appear depends on Google’s approval and the AdSense account settings.

When advertising is served, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites, depending on applicable consent and advertising settings.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage Google’s personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Participating third-party vendors offer additional choices through YourAdChoices. These external settings do not remove a draft or downloaded PNG from your device.

We have not added a Google Analytics tag. The website does not have a payment system or an account registration process. Card fonts and sample images are served as website files rather than fetched from an external font or image API.

Changes to advertising or other data-processing services will be reflected in this policy, along with any required privacy choices.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. A link on this page does not upload your editor content to that service.

Your choices and questions

You can use the card maker without an account and without choosing a personal photo. You can remove a selected photo or reload the editor to start a new draft. Download only the cards you want to keep, and decide where to share them.

For privacy questions or requests about information you have sent by email, contact azhddx@gmail.com. We cannot retrieve a photo or draft that was never sent to us through the editor.
